How do I check my fee status?

Log in to the student/parent portal with your Student ID and password - your fee list and any pending amount are shown right on the dashboard.

I forgot my portal password.

Ask the institute office to reset it for you - only an admin can set or change a portal password.

How do I know my batch timing?

Your assigned batch and its timing are shown at the top of your portal dashboard once the office has assigned you to one.

How do I report an issue or ask a question?

Use the "Send a message" form on your portal dashboard - it goes straight to Admin, a Teacher, or Support, whichever you choose.
